The beach is large enough to accommodate ocean bathers as well as sun worshippers and sports enthusiasts.  The beaches have permanent volleyball courts installed for your enjoyment.  The beaches can also accommodate games of football, Frisbee, sand tennis or kite flying.  Wildwood is the host for the international kite flying festival.

Wildwood is famous for its boardwalk which is 3 miles long and has 3 piers of amusements and 3 water parks.  The Boardwalk has numerous restaurants from Pizza to fine dinning.  Dining in the Wildwoods would not be complete without a visit to one of the many seafood restaurants located on sunset bay.

This home is only 2 block from the beach.  The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, laundry room and patios front and back.  The house has Central Air and baseboard heating for year round use.
 

The family room has a large sliding glass door that opens onto the patio in the back.  The family room has a pull out sofa bed and another sofa with 2 chairs for a comfortable evening with friends or playing with the kids.  The room also has a TV, stereo and a ceiling fan to keep everyone cool.

The kitchen is an eat in kitchen which has a sliding glass door that opens onto the back patio.  The kitchen also connects to the dining room and the laundry room.  The kitchen has all appliances and tools needed to feed a hungry family.  Cooking is with an electric range, wall oven or microwave.  In the middle of the kitchen is an island with a sink with a garbage disposal and a dishwasher.  The refrigerator is located by the sink so everything is at hand, which makes preparing meals as easy as can be.  Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, glassware, utensils you will need to entertain your family & friends or a romantic dinner for two.

        The dining room is large enough to entertain family & friends.  It has an oval table and a hutch, teacart for a late afternoon cappuccino or tea.  The living room is comfortable for family games and to relax for a quiet nap.  The dining room and living room are joined which makes it ideal for entertaining.

There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen with washer, dryer and a shower for your convenience.  The laundry room also has a large pantry for storing all of your things as well as all of your beach items.
