Prom Weekend
The Rambler Motel and Apartments offers the following rooms and
apartments for Prom Weekends, but with very limited availability.
- Motel Room
with 2 double beds, sleeps 4 people, $200 per night
- 2 Bedroom Apartment
with 2 separate bedrooms, 1st
bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with double and twin
beds, full size sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, sleeps 7 people,
$350 per night
- 3 Bedroom Apartment
with 3 separate bedrooms, 1stbedroom
with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds, 3rd
bedroom with 2 double beds, queen sofa bed in living room, kitchen,
sleeps 12 people, $600 per night
There is a 2 night minimum stay required for reservation. 13% NJ sales
tax applies. Students must pay an additional security deposit of $25 per
person.
Reservation Procedures :
- Call 609 522-4652 to make your reservation and to hold the room.
- Within 2 weeks you must sent a deposit of 50% to the Rambler Motel &
Apts or your reservation will be cancelled.
- Afterwards you will receive a Security Deposit Agreement containing
the rules and regulations of the Rambler Motel & Apts and a confirmation
notice with your remaining balance due.

- All completed paperwork, photo copies of driver’s licenses, and
payment of balance must be received by Rambler Motel 3 weeks before
arrival.
- Deposit is refundable with 30 days advanced notice of cancellation,
but a $25 service fee will be charged. Any cancellations made less than
30 days will be subject to a 25% service charge and will receive a 75%
refund of their deposit.
Room Check-in
- Rambler Motel must receive the signed Security Deposit Agreement
and photo copies of driver’s license of all guests 3 weeks before
arrival. Guests will not receive a room key until all procedures
have been completed.
- Guests must inspect their room on arrival and report any problems,
concerns or damages to the office immediately.
- Office closes at 10pm. Later arrivals must make special
arrangements for check-in.
- Each person must show their driver’s license at time of check in.
- 1 key is issued for the room. Additional key and TV remote control
is available in the office for a $10 refundable deposit each.
- One parking space is available per room. Any additional cars can
find free street parking in the neighborhood.
